The instant proceeding again raises the controversy over the appropriate rescission notice form to be used by a creditor, under the dictates of the federal Truth-in-Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1601, et seq. ("the TILA"), when that creditor takes security against a borrower's residential real estate in a transaction which is preceded by an earlier transaction between the parties...
