George Newman ("Newman"), JGN Corporation ("JGN"), George Boldt, individually and as trustee of the George B. Boldt, Inc. Profit Sharing and Retirement Trust ("Boldt"), Donald Armstrong ("Armstrong"), and George Robinette, III ("Robinette"), collectively referred to as "plaintiffs," bring this action against Comprehensive Care Corp.
