Defendant-appellant Janice A. Brimberry was convicted of making and subscribing a false Internal Revenue Service Collection Information Statement in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7206(1) and attempted evasion of payment of income taxes in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7201. The district court sentenced Brimberry under the Sentencing Guidelines to 33 months imprisonment and two years supervised release for each violation, to run concurrently...
