Elenoria Anderson and Betty Jo Lewis appeal the decision of a federal magistrate to dismiss their respective title VII complaints. They challenge the jurisdiction of the magistrate to preside over, and enter judgment in, their respective cases.1 We affirm as to Anderson but vacate as to Lewis and remand.
