Moylan filed suit against his former employer, The Meadow Club, Inc., alleging that he was entitled under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 213(a) (1988), to overtime pay for the nine-month period during which he served as the Meadow Club's resident chef.
