In this case we are asked to determine whether a magistrate erred in denying Reece Carr's motion to suppress marijuana found when Carr was searched after being arrested for driving without privileges. We affirm.

The salient facts may be stated briefly. Carr was stopped by Officer Terry Martin of the Sandpoint City Police Department for driving a vehicle without working brake lights. Carr told the officer he knew the lights were not working...
