He was convicted of conspiring to distribute 169 grams of phencyclidine ("PCP"), a schedule II controlled substance, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and of using a firearm in the commission of the drug trafficking crime, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c).
