The district court distributed to Leutisha Potter all of the assets of the estate of Billie Reid Newalla. Mikel Vance, Newalla's grandson, appeals from the district court's denial of (1) his Motion to Enforce Settlement Agreement and (2) his motion to set aside a district court order admitting Newalla's will to probate.
