Monica Frazier was found guilty by a jury of one count of embezzling money from a labor organization in violation of 29 U.S.C. § 501(c) and one count of making a false statement in a matter within the jurisdiction of a United States agency in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1001. Pursuant to the United States Sentencing Guidelines ("U.S.S.G." or "Guidelines"), the district court sentenced Frazier to serve five years of probation on each count...
