Milton McLean entered a conditional plea of guilty to two counts of lewd conduct with a minor which he committed while on probation for another offense. I.C.R. 11(a)(2). The written plea agreement reserved McLean's right to appellate review of the district court's order denying McLean's motion for suppression of his statement to a detective. McLean disputes the court's finding that this statement was voluntary, and he asserts that his unwarned first...
