On September 16, 1982, Cessna Finance Corporation filed a complaint against Robert E. Chambers and John S. Parker in the Eighth Judicial District Court in Cascade County. In this complaint, Cessna sought a deficiency judgment following the sale of an airplane it had repossessed from Chambers and Parker.
