John Byron Cuffle (appellant) appeals to this court from the trial court's findings that appellant's no contest pleas to the offenses of armed kidnapping and murder were entered in full compliance with the requirements of rule 17.2, Ariz.R.Crim.P., 17 A.R.S., and that appellant fully understood the nature of each charge being made against him both before and when he entered his no contest pleas.
