On September 5, 1991, Claude Atkinson and Jerry Montgomery pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to manufacture, manufacturing, and possessing with intent to distribute more than 1000 marijuana plants in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846.
