MAGILL, Circuit Judge.

Pamela R. Ingrum appeals the district court's1 entry of judgment notwithstanding the verdict in accordance with Fed. R.Civ.P. 49(b). She claims that the district court erred when it found that one of the special interrogatory answers was inconsistent with the general verdict. We affirm.
