This is an automatic and de novo review of a lawyer disciplinary proceeding. ORS 9.536;1 BR 10.1; BR 10.6. The Oregon State Bar (Bar) charged the accused in five separate causes of complaint, with violations of twelve different disciplinary rules. The trial panel concluded that the accused was guilty of violating former DRs 5-105(A) and (B) of the Code of Professional Responsibility, but that he was not guilty...
