Plaintiff Laneer Winder, an inmate awaiting trial at the Cook County Department of Corrections ("CCDOC"), brings this civil rights action against James Bulley, Captain of the Residential Treatment Unit ("RTU") at CCDOC, and Correctional Officers Mario Ledesma, Michael Sanders and Shirley Ashley.
