Plaintiff appeals from an order of the circuit court granting summary disposition in favor of defendants pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(8) and (10). We affirm.

This dispute is premised on plaintiff's dissatisfaction with financial services rendered her now deceased father, Joseph Walker, by defendant Shearson Lehman Hutton, Inc., and its agent, defendant William J.
