Defendants Jimmie Elvis Blankenship ("Jimmie Elvis") and Billy Hoyt Blankenship ("Billy Hoyt") were charged with cocaine trafficking and using and carrying firearms in relation to such drug trafficking offenses. Jimmie Elvis pleaded guilty to distributing cocaine and possessing cocaine with the intent to distribute. He appeals his sentence under the United States Sentencing...
