Rolfes, commenced this litigation to obtain a court order requiring defendant, Ruth O'Connor, as the present holder of a promissory note secured by two deeds of trust executed by plaintiff, to release certain property from the encumbrance of one of those deeds of trust in accordance with that instrument's provisions for partial releases. He also sought an order setting aside the foreclosure proceedings that were completed...
