MAGILL, Circuit Judge.

A jury convicted Bobby Joe Demery of assault resulting in serious bodily harm and assault with a dangerous weapon with intent to do bodily harm. He appeals from the district court's1 entry of judgment, claiming insufficiency of the evidence. We affirm.
