Appellant Lee Blanchard filed a complaint to divorce her husband, respondent Rene Blanchard, on September 13, 1989. A decree of divorce was entered on June 20, 1991. The marital property was distributed pursuant to a property settlement agreement ("agreement"), executed by the parties on May 30, 1991.
