PER CURIAM:

This case arose out of an accident at a self-storage facility. As a result of the injury he sustained in the accident, appellant brought an action against respondents on November 20, 1986. On approximately March 23, 1989, respondents made an offer of judgment pursuant to NRCP 68 and NRS 17.115 of $5,000.00.
