In this appeal, we are being urged to reverse Defendant-Appellant Elsie Sanchez's (Defendant) conviction of Harassment, on three grounds. First, Defendant contends that the trial court plainly erred when it permitted an amended complaint to be filed against her two months before trial, changing the second count of the charges against her from Resisting Arrest, a misdemeanor, to Harassment, a petty misdemeanor.
