This is an appeal from the Eleventh Judicial District Court, Flathead County. The Flathead County Attorney's office filed with the District Court a petition for the involuntary commitment of L.B., pursuant to §§ 53-21-114 through -126, MCA, alleging that L.B. was seriously mentally ill.
