1991 Opinion No. 4, filed January 11, 1991, is hereby withdrawn and this opinion is substituted therefor.

McDEVITT, Justice.

This is a legal malpractice action. The plaintiff alleged that the defendant was negligent in his handling of certain legal claims. A jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff. After post-trial motions, both plaintiff and defendant appeal. We affirm.
