Thomas Roker, Matthew McDermott, Raymond Edwards, James Edwards, and Richard Edwards appeal their convictions on charges related to the importation of cocaine. After careful consideration of all assignments of error, we conclude that Roker's assertion that the district court erred by failing to instruct the jury on the statute of limitations is the only claim requiring detailed discussion.
