This is an action in contract and tort which arose from the plaintiff's movement of a prefabricated house along the public ways in the City of Gloucester. The complaint against the defendant, Massachusetts Electric Company ("Mass. Electric"), is in four counts for interference with an advantageous contract, negligence, breach of contract and unfair and deceptive practices in violation of G.L.c. 93A.
