Defendant, James Lee Cameron, was charged with two counts of felony sexual assault pursuant to § 45-5-502, MCA. On September 4, 1990, in the District Court for the First Judicial District, Lewis and Clark County, defendant pled guilty to both counts pursuant to an Alford plea. Subsequently, defendant moved to withdraw his guilty plea. The District Court denied his motion and sentenced defendant to concurrent terms of twenty years imprisonment...
