This is an employment discrimination case. Plaintiff, Ali Bazzi (Bazzi) is suing defendant, The Western and Southern Life Insurance Company (WSLIC), for breach of contract and for constructive discharge because of national origin discrimination in violation of Michigan's Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, MCLA § 37.2101, et seq. Now before the Court is WSLIC's motion for summary judgment....
