In this appeal we consider the issue of whether the courts may impose conditions upon the voiding of a creditor's security interest in a rescinded consumer credit transaction pursuant to the Truth in Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1635(b) and Regulation Z, 12 C.F.R. § 226.23(d).
