Gholson (Gholson), the personal representative of the estate of her mother, Elizabeth Dycus Gardner (decedent), appeals a judgment of the district court rendered under the Probate Code, NMSA 1978, §§ 45-1-101 to 45-7-401 (Repl.Pamp. 1989 & Cum.Supp. 1992), ordering a redistribution of the estate.
