MANNHEIMER, Judge.

Glenn W. Bossie was convicted of manslaughter, AS 11.41.120(a)(1), and second-degree assault, AS 11.41.210(a)(2), following a jury trial in the superior court. Bossie, who was intoxicated, crossed the center line of the Glenn Highway south of Palmer and collided with another car. The driver of this car was injured and the passenger was killed.
