Francisco Ramirez entered an Alford1 plea to a charge of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in injury, I.C. § 18-8007, a felony. Ramirez was subsequently sentenced to a unified term of five years in prison with four years fixed. After sentencing, Ramirez filed two motions, one to withdraw his plea and the other for a reduction of sentence. The district court, without a hearing, denied the motion for reduction...
