This matter is before the court on the motions filed by the defendants, Consolidated Freightways Corporation of Delaware ("Consolidated"), Yellow Freight Systems, Inc. ("Yellow"), and Roadway Express, Inc. ("Roadway"), for summary judgment. The defendants have also moved to exclude certain testimony.
