Eric Dale Van Buren was charged with one count of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the third degree (possession of cocaine). Van Buren moved to suppress evidence seized from his residence pursuant to a warrant, which he contended had been issued without probable cause. After Superior Court Judge Mark C.
