Daniel Zazove ("Zazove"), a Chicago attorney, filed a complaint on behalf of Excello Press, Inc. ("Excello"), debtor and plaintiff, against defendant Associated Agencies, Inc. ("Associated") for recovery of three allegedly preferential payments Excello made to Associated. Those payments made were for insurance coverage.
