This appeal concerns an action by Jimmie Stewart and Sharon Stewart to recover unpaid overtime compensation and damages from their employer, Dimond Mini-Storage. At trial, the jury found that Dimond Mini-Storage was an employer of four or more employees and thus owed the Stewarts overtime pay under the Alaska Wage and Hour Act (hereinafter AWHA), AS 23.10.050-.150.
