MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Before the Court are Plaintiff Addison's Motion for Remand, filed May 22, 1992, and Defendants' (collectively "Forex") Opposition thereto, filed June 8, 1992. Addison has filed no reply, see Local Rule 5.1(f), and his motion now applies to his cause of action as represented in Plaintiff's First Amended Original Complaint ("Amended Complaint"), filed without objection June 29, 1992.
