Appellee Willie H. Kennedy brought a declaratory judgment suit against Appellant Trustees of the Electricians Pension Plan. Kennedy claims that the Trustees have miscalculated his years of coverage under the Plan, and that the miscalculation stems from a misinterpretation of the Plan. The district court sided with Kennedy,2 an action which provoked the Plan to appeal to this court. We find no infirmity in the district...
