COMPTON, Justice.

Samantha Hall, formerly Kim Elizabeth Pinneo, appeals from a Decree of Custody which modified a prior arrangement by which she had custody of her two minor daughters. The decree granted legal and physical custody of the two children to their father, Kenneth Wayne Pinneo. Hall contends that the superior court lacked jurisdiction to enter the decree. She further contends that critical findings of fact were not supported by the evidence...
