This is an appeal from a district court order entered as part of that court's continuing jurisdiction over the Crenshaw County, Alabama, school system. The district court's order granted the petition of defendant Crenshaw County Board of Education for approval of the closing of Dozier High School, Crenshaw County's only predominantly black school, and the consolidation of that school with the other schools in the county.
