In this appeal and cross-appeal, the parties challenge different aspects of the superior court's attorney's fee award. The court awarded State Farm Insurance Company $1,000 in partial attorney's fees after granting State Farm's summary judgment motion and dismissing State Farm from the underlying interpleader action.
