Following the defendants' removal of this case from Connecticut Superior Court, the plaintiffs have moved to remand the matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c). The defendants object to the motion, arguing that removal was proper pursuant to either 28 U.S.C. § 1441(b) or 28 U.S.C. § 1443(1). For the reasons stated herein, the plaintiffs' motion to remand is granted, the Court lacking jurisdiction...
