This is an action in tort for defamation wherein the plaintiff seeks to recover damages against the defendant Jack Howley for slander (Count I), the defendant Nanlo, Inc. (Count II) for libel and the defendant Tom Mudd (Count III) for libel. The plaintiff is aggrieved by the trial judge's allowance of the defendants' motions for summary judgment.
