Plaintiffs, a class of homosexual inmates of the Franklin County Jail, Columbus, Ohio, appeal the summary judgment entered in favor of the defendants in this class action involving alleged discrimination in their opportunity to earn a reduction in sentences for work done at the jail. Plaintiff Hansard represents the class of all present and future inmates at the Franklin County Jail who have been or will be classified by defendant jail officials...
