Walter Johnson, appeal from the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of defendants on all counts and its dismissal of the case. Defendants are Wenzel Plumbing & Heating (WPH) and Lawrence Wenzel, WPH's majority shareholder. Although the district court ultimately found in their favor, WPH and Wenzel cross-appeal to challenge the court's finding of a breach of contract...
