WIDENER, Circuit Judge:

Angela B. Swartz challenges the sentence imposed upon her by the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina following her conviction on a plea of guilty to charges of conspiracy, bank fraud, making false statements in a loan application, and money laundering. Mrs. Swartz alleges that she was denied her Sixth Amendment right to effective assistance of counsel during her sentencing in that her counsel simultaneously...
