This appeal is from an order granting appellees' W.R.C.P. 12(b)(6) motion1 to dismiss appellants' third-party complaints for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted. The claims contained in the original and amended complaints against appellants have been settled and are not involved in this appeal.
