This appeal, as its major subject of attention, addresses whether the jury was suitably instructed in a defective retread tire case where the mix of causes of action included strict products liability and negligence, as well as an assertion of deceit and misrepresentation. The jury awarded a prorated $144,000 verdict for products liability and, in a separate verdict, awarded $50,000 for deceit. The products liability judgment was paid and this appeal...
