Raul Ferdin Martinez appeals from the sentence imposed by the district court upon his plea of guilty to one count of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. The district court ruled that certain prior felony convictions rendered Martinez subject to a sentence enhancement provision, and sentenced Martinez to fifteen years in prison.
